Hourly Pay VS. Leveraged Income

More than 97% of all real estate agents around the world are accustomed to and work for the source of income known as Hourly/Linear Income: trading time for money. This exchange of time for money will keep them financially frustrated. For that reason alone, they are not, and NEVER will be financially independent. Linear Income, also known as work income, means you receive a paycheck/commission check based on how much work you do. You need to put in a certain number of hours every week. When you stop working, your income stops.

If more real estate agents understood this, it would change our industry almost overnight! When you combine a solid residual income with compound interest, you are economically UNSTOPPABLE.
